Concrete Customer Satisfaction Levels Achieved: Customer Survey 2012
At the end of 2012, Edublox customers were invited to complete our annual customer satisfaction survey. A good response rate of 194 customers completed the questionnaire and the feedback was very positive. Some of the inspiring comments are:
- “I am totally satisfied with my child’s progress and will recommend Edublox to as many parents as I possibly can. It is affordable and makes a major difference in the child’s confidence and education.”
- “Edublox is the best thing that has happened to my son.”
- “I could see a difference after 3 months into the program. After a year there is still great improvement. Still working on ‘out loud’ reading. The confidence has improved so much! It is a great program.”
- “I am satisfied; when everything that I had tried failed Edublox came to my rescue.”
- “My child was being considered for repeating Grade 2 and since joining Edublox her teachers is astounded with her development. I have been notified that my daughter is now being promoted to Grade 3. My sincere appreciation to the Edublox Team — they are a true blessing...”

A number of customers requested more information about the learners’ progress at the clinic. Edublox will implement a learner progress report system at the latest by year-end.
The survey results in Graph 1 show how satisfied customers are with the progress that learners achieve at school. Progress is determined by improvement in school performance, increase in reading and learning abilities, more confidence, and a positive attitude towards learning.
Overall, more than 90 percent of customers are satisfied with the learners’ progress at school. This high percentage is testimonial to the dedication of the Edublox teachers, as well as the parents’ support of their children’s development.
Graph 2 shows outstanding accomplishment by Edublox staff to live the Edublox values.
As there is always room for improvement, and to even better the results achieved, all franchisees will attend a national conference in July 2013 to review and sharpen their educational and business skills, and to learn about the improvements made to the Edublox learning program.
