Edublox Client Satisfaction Survey Results RockDuring August 2011, 600 current and previous Edublox clients were invited to complete our annual survey. Ninety clients completed the survey a full 15%.
The survey asked parents to what extent they are satisfied with their child(ren)’s progress and an extremely positive picture emerged (refer to the graph below). Eighty-five percent of parents, whose children have attended classes for longer than 7 months, agreed that our results are first-rate. We achieved an 80% rating for children who have attended longer than 4 months, and an overall rating of 74%. To put these results in context, we asked three educational specialists what the average success rate is for successfully helping children with learning problems. The common answer was that 40% is seen as the norm. The results achieved at Edublox clinics rock! ![]() Time wise, other methods and programs generally take longer to achieve results than we attain at Edublox. In her book Overcoming Dyslexia Dr Beve Hornsby says that around two years of intensive one-on-one specialist treatment is required for a learner who is two to two and a half years behind in reading and spelling. To have so many satisfied clients after such a short time is thus amazing. The second part of the questionnaire measured if the values that Edublox endorse are actually applied in practice. All the values except one scored higher than 90%. As some parents are not sure how the classes are presented (11%) it explains the score for structured and planned lessons. One of the questions to determine the third value, i.e. presenting safe, exciting and challenging classes, asked parents to rate if the children are excited about attending the Edublox classes. To achieve 91% for this value is a testament to the devotion of the Edublox franchisees to develop children. ![]() |
