All Edublox tutors are given regular feedback on how well they present Edublox classes. Internet cameras are used to record lessons and lessons are reviewed and rated according to a structured reporting format. Remarkable Results of the 2013 Edublox Customer Satisfaction Survey
The survey consisting of 15 questions that measures 5 dimensions was made available electronically to Edublox clients of 2013 (refer to the graph below). Almost 15% of the clients completed the survey and the results are extremely positive. During August 2011, 600 current and previous Edublox clients were invited to complete our annual survey. Ninety clients completed the survey a full 15%.
