Remarkable Results of the 2013 Edublox
Customer Satisfaction Survey

The survey consisting of 15 questions that measures 5 dimensions was made available electronically to Edublox clients of 2013 (refer to the graph below). Clients who have just started were included in the survey. Almost 15% of the clients completed the survey and the results are extremely positive. A remarkable 89% of parents are in agreement that their child is already performing better at school after enrolling them at Edublox.

The other dimensions are a summary of various questions that relate to the values of Edublox. The high scores achieved are testament to the dedication of Edublox staff to help learners with compassion and to provide commendable customer service. A specific highlight is that 96% of clients stated that they are willing to recommend Edublox to other parents. There is still room for improvement and relevant feedback is discussed with each franchisee to further improve their business performance.
